The park is 20 plus acres sided on the east by U.S.1. The co-op  was founded in 2001 by a group of residents who wanted to control their destiny. The original folks banded together to form the co-op with the intention of keeping this place affordable and enjoyable and knowing that the community could not be sold out from underneath them.
